Team chat

• All team members can freely communicate with each other in the team chat.
• It’s the easiest way to coordinate tasks, share tips, and stay connected with your teammates.

Private messages

• It’s not possible to send private one-on-one messages in the game.
• No matter your role (leader, co-leader, or member), direct messaging is not available.

Sending messages to all members

• ❌ This feature is no longer available.
• The team mail option was removed.
• Communication now happens only in the team chat.

Product requests

• You can exchange products only with your team members.
• To ask for items, use the Request Product button in the team chat.

How to request items:

• In the team chat, tap the Request Product button.
• In the window that opens, select the items you need.
• Tap Request.

⚠️ Please note:

• The number of items in a request depends on the product type and production difficulty, and it cannot be changed.
• Keep in mind your teammates’ levels — they may not be able to provide certain items.
• Once sent, a request cannot be changed.
• The cooldown between requests is 4 hours.
• In the list of team members, you’ll see help counters that show how many items each teammate has shared. These counters reset every week.
