You can invite friends by sharing your team’s exact name with them, including the correct capitalization. They can then find the team using the team search bar. Since there is no direct messaging feature in the game, you can only share the team name with friends you communicate with outside the game.
Only the leader and co-leaders can invite players through the in-game Invite to Team button, and only if the team is closed. Other members do not have this option.
If you are a leader or co-leader, you can invite friends who play Township to join the team. The player must already be on your Friends list. Here's how:

Open your friend’s profile.

Select the Invite to Team button.

If your friend is not yet in a team and has already unlocked the Teams Center, the button will be active.

If they haven’t unlocked the feature yet, the button will be gray with the message: “Your friend didn’t build the Teams Center yet.”

If they are already in another team, instead of the button you’ll see their team’s name and emblem.

After you send an invitation, your friend will receive a system message in the chat with an offer to join the team.

Joining will only occur after the player accepts the invitation.

The invitation is valid for 24 hours.
