What is Match-3?

Match-3 is a mini-game where you connect chains of identical tiles.

• Connect three or more pieces of the same color to remove them from the board.
• The longer the chain, the stronger the effect.
• Some combinations create special Boosters that help you clear the board faster.

Levels include different tasks: collecting a required number of elements, clearing obstacles, or achieving specific goals.

What do I get for playing Match-3?

Completing levels gives:

• Coins
• Expedition energy
• Progress in events (for example: Town Pass, Mayor’s Quests, and others)

Boosters

Boosters help complete levels more easily. You can obtain them in events and promotions.

Boosters activated before a level:

• Rocket — clears one row or column.
• Dynamite — destroys nearby elements.
• Rainbow Ball — removes all elements of one color.

Boosters usable during a level:

• Jackhammer — destroys one chosen tile.
• Drill — clears a selected row.
• Weight — clears a selected column.
• Fan — shuffles all tiles and boosters on the board.

Lives

Lives show how many attempts you have left to pass a level.

• Maximum base lives: 5
• Losing a level costs 1 life
• Lost lives restore automatically every 30 minutes. Even if you lose all, they will return soon.
• If you have fewer than 5 lives, the recovery timer starts automatically.

Increasing the number of lives

• Town Pass increases the maximum lives from 5 to 8.

How to get extra lives

• From alliance friends: tap “Help” in chat and allies can send you a life for free.

⚠️ If you already have 10 or more free lives, you cannot send a request.

• From events: participate in regular and limited-time events to earn lives as rewards. Some events grant unlimited lives for a limited time (for example, 30 minutes).
