A cheater is a player who uses unfair methods to gain an advantage in the game process, thereby violating the Terms of Use and the present rules of Safe and Fair Play. The Playrix team ensures that players follow the principles of fair play. We protect our players from cheating and fraudulent actions and take measures against violators. The rules described in this article apply to all Playrix games.
What actions are considered violations?
- Installing the game from unofficial app stores
- Installing and using third-party software that affects the gameplay, including for obtaining in-game currency and resources
- Purchasing in-game resources outside the in-game store
- Exploiting bugs found in the game to speed up progress, change game functions, etc.
- Using an account for commercial purposes (advertising, spam, selling in-game currency and resources, etc.)
- Sharing passwords or other access data with third parties for profit
What do we do to ensure fair and safe play?
- We warn players against using third-party software in the game.
- We detect and stop the use of modified accounts and fraudulent transactions.
- We regularly check event and competition leaderboards for fairness.
- We review other players’ accounts for inconsistencies in game balance.
What measures are applied to cheaters:
- We may completely block their game account.
- We also reserve the right to cancel any advantages obtained by unfair means.
By trying to cheat the game process, you may become involved in illegal activities of others. Third-party software that accelerates gameplay can harm the security of your personal data:
- Your account information may be stolen and used by fraudsters, and you may lose access to it.
- You risk losing control of your bank cards and other financial data.
- You risk losing your game and all progress.
We cannot be held responsible for the loss of personal data of players who use fraudulent applications. Be careful and don’t make deals with scammers. Play fair!
