General recommendations

Check your internet connection. A stable connection is required for purchases. It’s best to use Wi-Fi, or at least a reliable 3G/4G/5G connection.

Try again later. Sometimes the app store may be overloaded and unable to process requests. Wait a few minutes and try again.

Restart your device. This often helps if the issue is with the store app itself.

Check your payment details. There may be an error with your card or another payment method. Try deleting and re-entering the information.

Make sure your payment method is supported. Current options are listed on the support pages for Apple, Google, Samsung, Huawei, or Windows.
If you still can’t complete the purchase, we recommend contacting your app store’s support service.
If you need to switch your Google account
Sometimes a purchase fails because your device is signed in with the wrong Google account. In this case:

Add the correct account (Settings → Google → Account → Add new).

Delete the game from your device.

Open Google Play in a browser and find the game.

Make sure you are signed in with the right account (you can check this in the Account section in Google Play).

Reinstall the game and try the purchase again.
