How to cancel a purchase and request a refund
All in-game purchases are processed by the app store from which the game was downloaded. To request a refund, please first contact the support service of that store:
To speed up the process, prepare your purchase details: order number, date, time, and receipt.
If your issue can't be resolved through the app store or you need additional help, please contact our support team. We’ll reply within 3 business days (or sooner for urgent requests).

What to do if you didn’t make a purchase
Our games never charge you without your permission. All payments are processed exclusively through the app store.
If you're sure the purchase was made in our game but you didn’t authorize it, you can contact your app store’s support to request a refund. If the issue isn’t resolved there, please reach out to our game support team.
Charged more than expected?
Sometimes multiple purchases are combined into a single transaction in the receipt, and charges may also appear in your bank statement a few days later.
What to do:

Check your purchase history in your app store (for example, App Store or Google Play) — pay close attention to the date and time of each transaction.

Compare the information with the receipts sent to the email address linked to your account.
