Mayor’s Duties is a time-limited weekday event that runs from Monday to Friday and features tasks themed around the Mayor’s work week. Players complete tasks across multiple stages, each set in a city office visual setting with familiar characters like Ernie and Piggy.
Each stage contains 4 tasks. Completing all 4 tasks fills a colored briefcase with folders. Once the briefcase is complete, it opens and grants a reward. After opening all briefcases, players can unlock the main event reward.
As you complete tasks, you earn event points called folders, which are placed on shelves corresponding to their stage color.
How Can I Participate in Mayor’s Duties?
To take part in Mayor’s Duties, you must:
Reach Level 100 in Match-3
Wait for the event to start—it begins every Monday at 09:00 GMT and ends Friday at 09:00 GMT
Once the event is live, you can begin completing tasks and collecting folders to unlock briefcases and progress toward the main reward.
⚠️ The event will not begin if you are offline. An active internet connection is required at the time the event starts.
After the event has started, you can continue progressing offline—tasks can be completed, and rewards earned, similar to other offline-compatible events.
