How to contact support

On iOS or Android:
– Open the game and go to Settings > Help and Support
– Select any article from any topic
– At the bottom of the article, tap "No" under the question "Was this helpful?"
– Tap "Contact Us" to open a chat
– Provide as much detail as possible about your issue, then tap "Submit" and choose the appropriate issue category

On macOS:
– Open the game and go to Settings > Help and Support
– Select any article
– Tap the envelope icon in the lower right corner of the screen
– Fill out the form with all relevant details, tap Submit, and select the issue category

On Windows:
– Open the game and go to Settings > Help and Support
– Provide detailed information about the issue
– Click Submit and select the appropriate issue category

What information to include:

When contacting support, please provide the following details to help us locate and restore your town:

– The exact name of your town, including capitalization and punctuation
– The level of your town
– Your Co-op tag (visible in the Co-op member list, formatted like #ABC123)
– Your friend invitation code, if available
– A brief description of what happened before your town disappeared (for example, reinstalled the game, switched devices, factory reset, etc.)

Important:

– Choose the most accurate category when submitting your request to ensure a faster response
– Support is not available by phone
– Access to Facebook features may be limited in some countries or regions due to local laws and regulations. We comply with all applicable legal requirements
