Removing buildings

Not all buildings can be removed.

You can sell:

• residential houses,
• decorations.

Selling a residential house will reduce your town’s population, and this action cannot be undone.

You cannot remove:

• special buildings,
• factories,
• town buildings that residents request you to construct as part of the game.

Rearranging buildings

To change the position of a building:

• Select and hold the building to enter edit mode.
• In this mode, you can move and rotate buildings.

For larger changes (rearranging multiple buildings, adding roads or pavements), use the town edit mode:

• Select the blue button in the top-right corner.
• Then select the green plus sign.

Temporary storage

Starting from level 13, you unlock temporary storage in edit mode. This allows you to redesign part of your town — or even the whole layout.

• To move a building into storage, select it and press the arrow button.
• You can move all buildings of the same type at once: open the relevant tab in storage and select the blue button in the top-left corner.
• To quickly move different types of buildings, use delete mode (button in the top-left corner). In this mode, select buildings or decorations to send them to storage.
• To return a building, drag it from the left-side storage panel back into the town.

⚠️ You can only save changes if only decorations remain in temporary storage. Exception: the town sign — like all other main buildings, it must be placed on the map before saving.
