How the Helicopter Pad works

Your town has a special building — the Helicopter Pad — where residents place their orders. It’s available right from the start of the game.

  • Collect the required goods for orders and tap “Send” to have the helicopter deliver them.
  • After completing an order, the helicopter returns to the pad.
  • The number of available orders increases as your town’s population grows.
  • For completing orders, you receive coins and experience points. Some orders provide more coins, while others give more experience.

You decide which orders to complete.

If an order doesn’t suit you, you can delete it, and a new one will appear after some time.

Don’t want to wait? You can purchase the missing goods with Township Cash and send the order right away.

The game also features special orders with unique rewards:

  • Don Pacone buys ingots and jewelry from you in exchange for Township Cash.
  • Aurelio trades one type of gem for another.
  • During certain events, special resources may be required — these can be obtained from town residents in exchange for completing their orders.

Why did the number of orders decrease?

If you see fewer orders at the Helicopter Pad, check the placement of your town buildings:

  • Orders only come from buildings within the helicopter’s coverage area.
  • If some buildings are placed outside this area, you won’t receive orders from them.
  • Move buildings closer to the pad to increase the number of orders.
