Your co-op is matched with other co-ops that have approximately the same number of active Regatta participants. For example, if your co-op has 3 active participants, you'll be matched with opponents that also have around 3 active members.

For new co-ops, matchmaking is based on the number of participants at the time the co-op starts its first Regatta.

For co-ops that have already participated in the Regatta, the number of participants is determined based on the number of active players from the previous Regatta. An active player is anyone who completed at least one task.

Players can join a co-op during an ongoing Regatta. Once they complete at least one task, they are counted as active participants. This means the number of players in a Regatta can change while the event is in progress — it’s part of the game mechanics.
