The Zoo is a special area where you can collect animal cards, build enclosures, and welcome animals from all over the world.

Unlocking the Zoo

• The Zoo becomes available when you reach town level 24.
• To open it, you need to restore the bus stop, which costs 5,000 coins.
• Restoring the bus stop takes some time, but you can speed up the process using T-Cash.
• The Zoo is a separate location, not part of your main town, and is accessed via the bus stop. Once the bus stop is restored, the bus will start taking visitors from your town to the Zoo.
• After unlocking the Zoo, you’ll go through a short tutorial that introduces the main Zoo features and mechanics.

What can you do in the Zoo?

In the Zoo, you can:
- collect animal cards and complete animal families,
- build enclosures and place animals in them,
- fill Zoo orders from visitors and animals to earn rewards,
- unlock reward chests with animal cards and other prizes,
- decorate the Zoo as you unlock new decorations.

The more animals you have in your Zoo, the more decoration options become available.

Inside the Zoo, you’ll find an Information Board that provides tips and explains Zoo mechanics in more detail. You can always use it if you want to learn more about how the Zoo works.

If you don’t see the Zoo or it has disappeared, don’t worry — your game may have a different set of available activities. You’ll still have lots of exciting events, challenges, and rewards to explore, all designed to bring you just as much fun 💛
