As per Facebook's policy, you have the option to unlink your gaming account from Facebook if you use this social network to log in. This process ensures the complete removal of your Facebook data from our servers.
If you decide to do this, you will no longer be able to:
- Synchronizing your game progress using Facebook.
- Transferring your game progress to another device using Facebook.
- Play with friends.
- Your Facebook profile picture.
Please note that if you decide to link your gaming account back to Facebook, the mentioned above features will become available again.
To unlink your gaming account from Facebook on Android, iOS, or macOS, follow these steps:
- Go to the in-game Settings and select Help and Support.
- Go to any article in any section.
- Press the No button in the lower-right corner, then select Сhat with us.
- In the pop-up window, leave a request for unlinking from Facebook. Press the submit button.
- You may be offered to read several articles. If this happens, then you need to select “I still have questions”.
- Select Other, then Personal data and progress deletion category, then Deleting Facebook synchronization.
- Confirm your request again and answer a few questions about your game to confirm your identity. After that, a support agent will contact you to check your answers and finally confirm the deletion of the data.
To unlink your gaming account from Facebook on Windows follow these steps:
- Go to the in-game Settings and select Help and Support.
- Enter your name and email, then leave a request for unlinking from Facebook. Press the submit button.
- Then one of our agents will contact you to confirm the complete deletion of all data.
