Go to the Help section in game Settings.

Open any article in any section.

Scroll down, find the Was this article helpful? question and tap on No. Once you do, the Chat with us button will appear instead.

Tap on it and you'll be brought into a conversation with a chatbot. After you pick the proper category and answer all the necessary questions, one of our support agents will get in touch with you shortly.
If you cannot launch the game, just tap the 💬 chat icon at the bottom right corner of the screen when you're in our Support portal. We'll do our best to help you solve the issue!
