How to contact us on Android devices:

In the pop-up menu, tap the gear icon to open Settings.

Select any section and open any article.

Tap No at the bottom of the article, then tap Contact Us to start a chat.
➡️ If you've previously contacted support, tap New Conversation inside the existing chat thread.
