1. Make sure your internet connection remains stable.

  2. Double-check that you've correctly entered your username and password.

  3. Sign out of the Facebook app on your device (or uninstall and then reinstall the app).

  4. Log out of your Facebook account in any installed browsers (Chrome, Opera, Safari, etc.).

  5. Restart your device and attempt to reconnect the game to Facebook.

For Android devices:

  1. Navigate to Device Settings → Accounts.

  2. Select FacebookDelete.

  3. Access Facebook Settings (via the mobile app or website).

  4. Verify that your settings permit Facebook login for third-party sites and applications (Settings and Privacy → Settings → Applications and Websites → Applications and Websites (edit) → check that this setting is enabled).

  5. Remove the game from the list of installed applications on Facebook.

  6. Restart your device, launch the game, and attempt to reconnect it to Facebook.
