To start the game from the beginning, you need to delete all your data. This can be done in two ways:

  1. Open the game Settings and tap the Delete Account button.

  2. In the window that appears, tap the Delete button.

  3. Confirm the account deletion again by tapping the Delete button.

  4. In the next window, tap OK.

OR

  1. Open the game Settings and tap the Support button.

  2. Select any section and open any article.

  3. Tap the No button in the bottom-right corner, then tap Contact Us.

  4. Select the Data Deletion category.

  5. In the window that appears, confirm your request for full data deletion in free form and send the message.

📌 Additionally, you can install the game on another device and start a new game there. If your current game is linked to Facebook or Play Games, it is important not to connect the new game to the same account to avoid syncing game progress between the two devices.
