If you run out of lives, you can get free lives and keep playing. This feature is only available if you're playing on a team. If you're not on a team yet, you can join any team by clicking the shield button in the bottom-left corner of the screen.

How to request free lives

• Open the team window and click Request in the Chat tab. Your teammates will see your request and can help you.
  Or:
• Tap the heart button in the top-left corner of the screen, then tap Free Lives

There are two ways to claim the free lives you’ve received:

• Open the Team window, then go to the Inbox tab. You can claim free lives by tapping the Accept button if your teammates have already sent them to you.
• Tap the heart button in the top-left corner of the screen: this window displays all available free lives that you haven’t claimed yet.

Please note: You can request 5 lives at a time, but you can only make a request every 4 hours:so try to do this in advance, before difficult levels. You can also request lives even if you already have enough: in this case, you can claim the free lives later when you need them.

You can also receive free lives as rewards in events. In this case, you can claim them in the event’s special window.

How to send Free Lives

You can send a free life and help a player on your team in the Teams window in the Chat tab. Find your teammate’s request for lives in the chat and click the Help button.

If you have left the team or been removed from it, you won’t be able to exchange free lives until you join a new team.
