You can get free lives in the game in two easy ways:

1. Join a team by choosing the shield icon in the lower left of your screen. When you're in a team, you can ask for 5 free lives every 4 hours from your team members in the Chat section.
2. Add your Facebook friends to the game in the Friends section, and once a day, you can swap lives with them.

To use the free lives, there are two simple options:

1. Visit the Teams menu, choose the shield icon at the lower left of your screen, and check your Mail section.
2. In the Lives menu, choose the heart icon at the upper left of your screen.

You can also give a free life to help a player on your team in the Teams section within the Chat tab and to your Facebook friend in the Friends section.
