- Make sure you have a stable internet connection.
- Check to see if your username and password are correct.
- If you have the Facebook app installed on your device, log out of it (or delete and reinstall it).
- Log out of your Facebook account in all browsers installed on your device (Chrome, Opera, Safari, etc.).
- Restart your device and try to connect the game to Facebook again.
📌For iOS devices:
- Go to your device's Settings → Facebook.
- Make sure the game is listed under Allow these apps to use your account and that permission is turned on.
- Delete your Facebook account from the device settings (tap your name → Delete Account).
- Reset your advertising identifier (Settings → Privacy → Advertising → Reset Advertising Identifier).
- Uninstall the Facebook app from your device.
- Open your browser → open your Facebook account page → log in to your account.
- Try to reconnect to Facebook in the game settings.
📌For Android devices:
- Go to Settings → Accounts.
- Tap Facebook → Remove.
- Remove the game from the list of applications on Facebook.
- Restart your device, enter the game, and try to reconnect it to Facebook.
