If you're having trouble interacting with friends, please make sure that Mystery Matters has access to your Facebook friends list. Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have to grant access manually.
- Open your Facebook page in a browser.
- Go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
- Tap View and Edit next to Mystery Matters and make sure that the friends list is shared. Additionally, make sure that the game isn't marked as Expired.
- Reboot your device and re-launch the game.
Please note:
To see each other and interact, both you and your friends need to grant the game permission to access your Facebook friends list. If you don't see your Facebook friend on the list, consider asking them to follow the steps mentioned above.
