If you want to start the game over on your current device, please contact our Customer Support through the game:

Open Settings and select Help.

Choose the relevant article from the Game Progress topics.

At the bottom of the screen, you'll see Was this helpful? Tap No, then tap Contact Us to start a conversation.

Describe your request, tap Send and then pick the appropriate category in the conversation with the chatbot. We may either delete your game progress or delete your personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
📍 You can also install the game on a different device to play from the very beginning. Just remember that if your current game is connected to Facebook or Google, linking the new game to the same account synchronizes your progress between the two devices.
