If your game progress has been lost, try the following:
- Restart your device.
- Reinstall the game and reconnect it to Facebook, Apple ID or Google account if it was previously connected to these services.
- If you're using a device on iOS, there's a chance that the game progress disappeared due to the lack of space on your device. Make sure you're having at least 2 GB free, removing the unnecessary files from your device if needed. After that, open the game and see if your progress is back.
If that doesn't resolve the problem, contact our Customer Support 🤗 and provide the following information:
- A detailed description of the problem.
- A level and in-game tasks you were on.
- What actions caused the progress loss (reinstalling the game, switching devices, updating the software, etc.).
❗NOTE: If you didn't link your game to Facebook, Google or Apple ID before the progress loss, there's a high risk of losing your achievements irretrievably.
