Reinstalling or restarting the game can often solve most of the problems you may encounter 🙂
To restart the game, simply exit the application and launch it again.
Reinstalling the game may be trickier. Please follow these steps to avoid losing your game progress:
- Make sure your game is connected to your Facebook account. Please note that we do not recommend connecting more than one Facebook account to the game, as doing so may interfere with saving your progress.
- Tap and hold the game's icon until it starts shaking. Tap the X sign next to the icon to uninstall and remove the game.
- Go to the App Store and download the game again.
- Make sure to check that you have a stable internet connection before you launch the game. Keep in mind that Wi-Fi networks are generally more stable than mobile networks.
- Once you launch the game, you'll see a pop-up window with an option to load your game progress. Confirm your choice and enjoy the game! 🙂
