If you've run into a problem trying to send, receive or request a card, here is the list of possible reasons and solutions:

First, check the card exchange rules:

- When someone requests a card in the team chat, only players who have a duplicate of that card can see the request. So if you sent a request but haven't received the card, it may be because none of your teammates has the duplicate you need.

Card not received? Restart the game

- If you're sure a card was sent to you, but you haven't received it, try restarting the game — it may help.
- If you sent a card to a teammate and they say they haven't received it, ask them to restart the game.

Check the Internet connection
Your game needs to be connected to the Internet to let you exchange cards.

- Make sure your internet connection is reliable and stable: it’s recommended to use Wi-Fi instead of mobile data.
- If you are connected to a public Wi-Fi network, it may have speed or traffic limitations. This can cause issues with the game, even if web pages load normally. We recommend using a home Wi-Fi or a 5G or 4G mobile network with a good signal.

🕜Did you manually change time and date settings on your device?
If you recently manually adjusted the time and date on your device, the card exchange feature may stop working. If you did, please contact our Player Support for assistance.
