1. Press 'Start' button, type 'snipping tool' in the search box on the taskbar, and then select 'Snipping Tool' from the list of results.
2. Press 'New' and use your mouse to select the area that you want to capture.
3. Save the image.

Here's how to take a screenshot using your keyboard:
1. Press the Windows key + PrtScn button together.
2. If your device doesn't have a PrtScn button, press Fn + Windows + Space together.
