Try doing the following:

- Make sure your connection to the Internet is strong and stable (we recommed using Wi-Fi rather than mobile data).
- Check if there's enough free storage space on your device. It's necessary to have at least 2 GB of a free space for the game extentions to be downloaded.
- Reinstall the game by deleting it completely from your device and downloading again from the application store compatible with your device. Your achievements won't be lost, so no worries!

🔹 If you're using Google Play Store, try clearing your cache as well:

1. Open your device’s Settings.
2. Tap Apps & notificationsApp info or See all apps.
3. Tap Google Play Store.
4. Tap StorageClear cache.
5. Tap Clear storageClear all dataOK.
If the problem persists, return to the Play Store’s storage page and tap the Clear storage icon.

🔹 Another option is to clear the Download Manager data:

1. Open your device’s Settings.
2. Tap Apps & notificationsApp info or See all apps.
3. Tap Download Manager.
4. Tap StorageClear cache.
5. Tap Clear storageClear all dataOK.

Additionally, check if you already have the latest game version installed. You can do it by comparing the game version on your device (tap the «i» icon in the upper-left corner of the game Settings window) .
