Reinstalling or restarting a game can often solve most of the problems you may encounter 😊
To restart a game, simply exit the application and launch it again.
Reinstalling a game may be trickier. Please follow these steps to avoid losing your game progress:
- Make sure your game is connected to your Facebook account. Please note that we do not recommend connecting more than one Facebook account to the game since it may interfere with saving your progress.
- Press and hold the Option key, or click and hold the app until it jiggles. Click the X sign next to the icon to delete the app.
- Go to the Mac App Store and download the app again.
- Make sure to check that you have a stable internet connection before you launch the game. Keep in mind that Wi-Fi networks are generally more stable than mobile networks.
- Launch the game and check if it helped.
