Sometimes you may see a "device not compatible" alert when you try to download an update of one of our games from Google Play. Don't worry, Google is already working to fix this issue.

You can try solving the issue yourself by following these steps:

  1. Go to Settings > Apps > Google Play Store > Storage.
  2. Tap Clear data.

If that doesn't help, please do the following:
1. Go to Settings > Apps.
2. Choose the Google Play Market app and tap Uninstall updates.
3. Reinstall the game.
