Homescapes 🏡 is free to play, although certain in-game elements can be purchased for real money. To avoid accidental in-app purchases, change your device settings.

  • For Google Play devices:

  • Open the Play Store app.

  • Tap the Menu icon and select Settings.
  • Tap Require authentication for purchases.
  • Select one of the authentication options.
  • For all purchases through Google Play on this device. Authentication will be required for all Google Play purchases (including in-app purchases).
  • Every 30 minutes. The system will request the password for Google Play purchases every 30 minutes. Just note that once you enter a password all purchases made over the following 30 minutes will not need a password.

  • Follow the instructions on the screen.

  • For Kindle devices:

  • Open the Amazon Appstore application.

  • Go to Menu -> Settings.

  • Untick the In-app Purchasing option.

  • For Samsung devices with the Galaxy Store:

  • Open the Galaxy Store app.

  • Open the menu by tapping on the icon with three horizontal lines in the lower right corner.
  • Open Settings by tapping on the gear icon.

  • Toggle the slider beside Require password/biometrics for purchase to enable protection against accidental purchases.

  • For Huawei devices with the AppGallery Store:

  • Open your device Settings.

  • Tap on HUAWEI ID.
  • Tap on Account center.
  • Tap on Payment and purchases.
  • Tap on Settings.
  • Set your Payment password to enable protection against accidental purchases.
