If you've run into a problem trying to send, receive or request a card, here is the list of possible reasons and solutions:
📜First, check these card sharing rules:
- When choosing a card to share with your friend/teammate, the Send button will only be active on Silver cards that have duplicates.
- When requesting a card, the Request button will only show on Silver cards, because Gold cards can't be exchanged.
- When someone requests a card in the team chat, their request will be visible to players who have a duplicate of the card. If you sent a request, but haven't received the card, it may be because none of your teammates has the needed duplicate.
⟳ A card wasn't received? Restart the device
- If you're certain that your friend/teammate sent you a card but you haven't received it, try restarting the game – it will help!
- If you sent a card and your friend/teammate, but they say they haven't received it, ask them to restart the game.
🌐 Check the Internet connection
Your game needs to be connected to the Internet to let you exchange cards.
- Make sure your internet connection is reliable and stable: it’s recommended to use Wi-Fi instead of mobile data.
- If you are connected to a public Wi-Fi network, it may have speed or traffic limitations. This can cause issues with updating, even if web pages load normally. We recommend using a home Wi-Fi or a 5G or 4G mobile network with a good signal.
🕜 Did you manually change time and date settings on your device?
If you recently manually adjusted the time and date on your device, the card exchange feature may stop working. If you did, please contact our Player Support for assistance.
⚠️Restricted account?
If your account has been restricted for suspicious activity, you will not be able to send or request cards. In such a case, you will see a banner notifying you of restrictions. Check this article for more details.
