What is Parental Control?
Parental Control allows parents to restrict their child's access to certain features, such as in-game purchases and team chat.
How do I enable Parental Control?
To activate Parental Control, you must provide a valid email address and complete the verification process. Once verified, you will be prompted to create a PIN code, which will be required to manage your Parental Control settings.
- Acess Settings through the gear icon in the top-right corner of the main game screen, and then choose Parental Control*
- Depending on to which extent you wish to restric your child's usage of the app, chose one or both options: Purchases or/and Chats by moving the toggles to On
- When setting up Parental Control for the first time, you will be prompted to register your email address
How do I change my Parental Control PIN code?
You can change your PIN code at any time or reset it if you forget it. Open Settings, go to Parental Control, and select Forgot your PIN code? to start the reset process.
For security reasons, a one-time code will be sent to the verified email address you provided when you activated Parental Control.
If you did not receive the email with the code, check your Inbox, Spam, and Junk Mail folders—the email should be sent to the address you provided during activation.
If you cannot find the email, make sure you are checking the correct email address.
If you have lost access to your email and forgotten the PIN code you used, it will be impossible to reset the PIN code or change the chat and purchase settings.
