If you can't join a team, there may be several reasons:

The team has reached the maximum capacity. Teams can have up to 50 members. If there are already 50 players, you won’t be able to join.

Your level doesn’t meet the team’s entry requirements. Each team can set its own entry requirements: specifically, a minimum level with which you can join. Check the team info carefully, and if your level isn’t high enough yet, keep playing to progress in the game.

The team type is Closed, and the leader hasn’t approved your join request yet. In this case, in the team info panel on the left, you’ll see Pending instead of the Join button. Please wait a little while for the leader to review your request.

The team type is Closed, and the leader has declined your request. In this case, you may want to look for another team to join. However, sometimes requests are declined by mistake, and trying again later is always an option. You’ll be able to send a new request after 7 days.

You are trying to re-join a team after being removed from it. You will only be able to rejoin after 7 days.

Your game account has been restricted. This may happen due to suspicious in-game activity that doesn’t comply with our Fair Play Policy. If you believe your account was restricted by mistake, please refer to this article.
