If you want to write a word that isn't offensive but still gets fully or partially blocked (you see * instead of the letters), please contact our customer support:
- Tell us what word and in what language you wanted to write.
- If possible, attach screenshots to show the word you're typing and how it comes out in the chat itself (a screenshot is obligatory when the word is only partially blocked).

The word may have gotten into our inappropriate vocabulary list by mistake, in which case we'll unblock it as fast as we can.
