If you have a new device on which you want to continue playing, you can easily transfer your game progress to it. You can also have one game account on multiple devices.

To do this, connect the game on the new device to the same Facebook, Google, or Apple ID account that you used on the old one 📲
🏡 Using Facebook:
Install the game from the app store on your new device.
Connect the downloaded game to the same Facebook account that was used on the old device.
In the pop-up window, tap 'Download'.
Type CONFIRM and tap OK.
🏡 Using Apple ID (from iOS 13.0/macOS 10.15 or later):
Install the game from the App Store on your new device.
Connect the downloaded game to the same Apple ID account that was used on the old device.
In the pop-up window, tap 'Download'.
Type CONFIRM and tap OK.
🏡 Using a Google account (for Android devices):
Install the game from the app store on your new device.
Connect the downloaded game to the same Google account that was used on the old device.
In the pop-up window, tap 'Download'.
Type CONFIRM and tap OK.
🏡 If your game is not connected to Facebook, Apple ID, or Google, contact Customer Support from the device to which you want to transfer your progress. In your message, provide the player ID displayed on the device where you previously played.

- Unfortunately, it’s not possible to transfer progress from the Facebook platform to any other platform 😞
- Make sure your internet connection is stable and that your device meets the minimum system requirements.
- Access to Facebook services may be limited in some countries or regions. In such cases, we comply with local regulations.
