If you have a new device on which you want to continue playing, you can easily transfer your game progress to it. You can also have one game account on multiple devices.

To synchronize your game progress between devices, connect the game on the new device to the same Facebook, Google, or Apple ID account that you used on the old one. Below are different options to transfer your game progress to your new device, depending on the platform and which type of account you used previously to save your progress.

🏡 You have used Facebook to save your progress on your old device

You can use your Facebook account to transfer the progress, no matter which operating systems run on your devices: an iOS or Android-based smartphone/tablet, a Windows PC, or a Mac.
- Install the game from an official app store on your new device.
- Connect the downloaded game to the same Facebook account that was used on the old device.
- In the pop-up window, tap/click Download.
- Type CONFIRM and tap/click OK.

Synchronization through Facebook allows you to transfer your game progress between devices with different operating systems (iOS to Android, Android to Windows, etc.). That's why if you are switching platforms, saving your progress via Facebook is the way to go.

🏡 Both your new and old device run on Android and you have used Google account to save your progress before

  • Install the game from the app store on your new device.
  • Connect the downloaded game to the same Google account that was used on the old device.
  • In the pop-up window, tap Download.
  • Type CONFIRM and tap OK.

🏡 Both your new and old devices run either iOS or macOS, and you have used Apple ID to save your progress

In this case, you can transfer your old progress using your Apple ID (available for iOS 13.0 and macOS 10.15 or later):
- Install the game from the App Store on your new device.
- Connect the downloaded game to the same Apple ID account that was used on the old device.
- In the pop-up window, tap/click Download.
- Type CONFIRM and tap/click OK.

- If you didn’t connect your game to any of the accounts specified above
- If your new device doesn’t support the synchronization option you used before

When contacting us, please take note of the following:
- Contact us from the device to which you wish to transfer your progress.
- In your message, provide the player ID displayed on the device where you previously played.

❗Important:
- Homescapes is also offered as a Facebook game. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to transfer your progress from the Facebook edition of Homescapes to any other platform.
- Make sure your new device meets the system requirements.
- When transferring your old progress to a new device, make sure your internet connection is stable.
- Access to Facebook services may be limited in some countries or regions. In such cases, we comply with local regulations.
