If you believe you have not received a reward for an event, please check the following:
- If the event you were expecting a reward for has a leaderboard (e.g., Laser Busters), please double-check it to ensure you have reached the appropriate position for the reward.
- If the reward included Unlimited Lives, please note that they are activated immediately upon receipt and disappear after their timer expires.
- If you have manually changed the date and time on your device, this may cause problems receiving rewards. Reset the setting to automatic updates to avoid such issues in the future.
- Try to recall your recent in-game activities: did you complete levels? Did you participate in other events? Did you spend any resources while playing?
- If you are still certain that you have not received a reward for an event or that it was awarded incorrectly, please contact Customer Support and provide the following information:
1. For which event have you not received a reward?
2. If The event has stages. Which stage is it for?
3. What was the reward included? Is it missing completely or partially?
4. What happened before you noticed the reward was missing?
