If you believe you have not received a reward for an event, please check the following:

  • If the event you were expecting a reward for has a leaderboard (e.g., Laser Busters), please double-check it to ensure you have reached the appropriate position for the reward.
  • If the reward included Unlimited Lives, please note that they are activated immediately upon receipt and disappear after their timer expires.
  • If you have manually changed the date and time on your device, this may cause problems receiving rewards. Reset the setting to automatic updates to avoid such issues in the future.
  • Try to recall your recent in-game activities: did you complete levels? Did you participate in other events? Did you spend any resources while playing?
  • If you are still certain that you have not received a reward for an event or that it was awarded incorrectly, please contact Customer Support and provide the following information:

  • For which event have you not received a reward?

  • If the event has stages. Which stage is it for?
  • What was the reward included? Is it missing completely or partially?
  • What happened before you noticed the reward was missing?
