Some of you might be dealing with a few technical issues in the game. No worries, though! We’re on it and working hard to fix things up. Your gaming experience is important to us, and we appreciate your patience.
To help you out, we've listed some problems we know about and are fixing, and you can also fix some of them yourself. Check it out below.

– In the Team Chests, bobbers aren't getting counted.
We'll release an update to fix this in one of the upcoming game versions.
⚠️ The rules for this event changed in one of the past game updates: from now on if your team has already reached the necessary amount of points, so you are no longer receiving event points for completing levels. If you didn't manage to contribute and didn't receive any points, you will not receive a reward at the end of the event. However, you can join another team that hasn't yet reached the goal and earn points to win the reward.
– Can't type in team chats.
We'll release an update to fix this in one of the upcoming game versions. Meanwhile, you can disable 'Floating keyboard' function in your device's settings and see if that fixes the problem.
– Can't make a purchase.

– Facebook constantly disconnecting and Facebook friends disappearing.
Try logging back into Facebook, it might solve the issue. We're also working on it from our end.
– No internet connection.
We'll release an update to fix this in one of the upcoming game versions.
– The buttons disappear from the screen after using the stars.
