  1. Open the in-game Settings menu and tap Help and Support.
  2. Choose any article from any topic.
  3. At the bottom of the screen, you'll see "Was this helpful?" Tap No, then tap Contact Us to start a conversation.
  4. Provide us with as much information about the issue as possible, tap Submit 📩, and pick the appropriate type of problem.

📌 If you have previously opened dialogs, then click on New conversation inside the dialog.

🏡 To contact us through the game on a macOS device, please do the following:

  1. Open the in-game Settings menu and click Help and Support.
  2. Wait for the chat icon 💬 in the lower right corner and open it.
  3. Provide us with as much information about the issue as possible, click Submit 📩, and pick the appropriate type of problem.

🏡 To contact us through the game on Facebook or Web Portal, please do the following:

  1. Open the game in one of the recommended browsers (Google Chrome or Firefox).
  2. Click on the Support team button above the game window.
  3. Fill out the form and click Submit 📩

Important:

  • To restore or transfer progress, you need to contact us through the settings in the game. Only this way can we receive all the necessary information to restore progress.
  • Choose the most appropriate category for a faster response from our team. For example, if you haven't received a purchased item, pick In-app purchases. Do keep in mind that progress issues fall under a different category 😉
  • Please note that we do not provide support over the phone.
