Do you want to remember how it all began? 🤪 Here's how to contact our support team to start the game over:
🏡 On an iOS/Android device:
- Open Settings ⚙️ and tap Help and Support.
- Go to any article in any section 📄
- At the bottom of the screen, you'll see "Was this helpful?" Tap No, then tap Contact Us 💬
- Provide the relevant info, tap "Submit", and select the appropriate category (Personal data and progress deletion >> Delete game progress).
🏡 On a macOS device:
- Open the in-game Settings ⚙️ and click Help and Support.
- Wait for the chat icon to appear in the bottom right corner of the screen and click on it 💬
- Provide the relevant information and click "Submit"
- Provide your name and email address and pick the appropriate category (Personal data and progress deletion >> Delete game progress).
🏡 On Webportal/Facebook platform:
- Open the game in one of the recommended browsers (Google Chrome or Firefox).
- Click on the "Support team" button above the game window 💬
- Fill out the form and click "Submit."
🏡 On a Windows device:
- Go to the Help and Support section in Settings ⚙️
- Fill out the form and click "Submit"
❗ Important:
- You can also play on another device to start from the beginning! 📲
- If the game on your current device is connected to an account (Facebook, Google, Apple ID), avoid connecting your other device to the same account, or your progress may sync!
- Unfortunately, we cannot reset the game for cheaters.
