1. Make sure you're connected to a network and that your connection is stable. Keep in mind that sometimes networks get overloaded or malfunction, meaning that the connection may not be stable regardless of what the indicator says 😯
  2. If you're using mobile internet, try switching to Wi-Fi. We recommend using Wi-Fi or 3G/4G since they offer a better connection 😉
  3. You can also try restarting your device and reloading the game.

If none of that helped, open another application to check your connection. If the problem persists, it likely has to do with your internet connection rather than the game. In that case, contact your internet provider 😥
