If your game progress has been lost, try the following:
- Restart your device and reinstall the game 📲
- Connect the game to your previously used Facebook, Google, or Apple ID account.
- Tap/click "Load game".
- Type in CONFIRM and tap/click OK.
If your progress isn't restored, please contact customer support 👩💻 with the following information:
- What happened before you lost progress (e.g. game update, device change).
- Your Player ID for the account that lost progress. Go to Settings ⚙️ and check your ID number at the bottom of the window (for example, 30123456789).
- Google Play A copy of an in-app purchase receipt with a visible purchase number (e.g. GPA.1234-1234-1234-12345).
- Your team’s name/tag (e.g. HTW3TM).
- Your in-game name, your cat's in-game name, and your level.
- The room you were restoring (e.g. kitchen, garden, library).
- The last tasks you completed in the mansion (e.g. place a table or lay a carpet).

- Make sure you have a stable internet connection and your device meets system requirements.
