1. Reload your device and relaunch the game.
2. Check for game updates. Go to the corresponding article to find out how to do that.

- What exactly is going wrong.
- What actions cause the problem.
- When the problem occurred for the first time (after updating, when reinstalling, or at some other point).
- Please also send a screenshot showing the issue.
