First, check all zoo areas over carefully 👀 Maybe your decoration or habitat didn't disappear, perhaps tall trees 🌲 or other decorations are covering it. Check the Store too! Maybe the decoration is in storage.

If you still can't find what you're looking for, try restarting the game. If that doesn't help either, please contact Player Support and provide the following information:
1. What items are missing and how many are missing.
2. Describe what you did before you noticed the loss (installed an update, beat a match-3 level, started a new zoo level, etc.).
