Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you maintain the right to have all of your personal or your children's data used in our application and our partners' services (purchase payments, in-app ad views, etc.) deleted. Please keep in mind that should you decide to delete this data, the associated user account will be deleted and will not be restorable. However, it will be possible to start the game over from Level 1.
Here’s how to delete your data:
For iOS/MacOS devices:
1. Go to in-game Settings.
2. Tap Delete my account button.
3. Once the first pop-up window opens, check the details and tap Delete button.
4. Tap Delete button again in the second pop-up window to confirm the procedure.
The account deletion can be canceled within 15 days. To interrupt the procedure and continue playing, open the game and tap Cancel in the pop-up window that appears. Note that after this period expires, all the data will be permanently deleted and we won't be able to restore your account and achievements.
For Android devices:
1. Go to the Help and Support section in Settings.
2. Open any article in any section.
3. Scroll down, find the Was this article helpful? question and tap on No. Once you do, the Contact us button will appear instead.
4. Tap on it and you'll be brought into a conversation with a chatbot. Pick the category Problems with progress and data deletion and answer all the necessary questions. After that, one of our support agents will get in touch with you shortly.
For Windows devices:
1. Go to the Help and Support section in Settings.
2. Fill out the form and click Submit.
