🛡️ You can only be a member of one team at a time.

🛡️ If the team you want to switch to is Open, you will be prompted to confirm the team change after tapping the Join button.

🛡️ If the team is Closed, you must leave your current team first. To leave a team, tap the About Team button on the My Team tab and select Leave.

🛡️ If you leave a closed team, are kicked out, or the team leader does not accept your request right away, you must wait 7 days before you can request to join that same team again.

IMPORTANT: If you leave an open team, you can immediately join a different team or return to your old one.

❗️ If you change teams too frequently, you will have to wait a certain period before you can request lives from your new team members.
