FAQ articles don’t open in application
Players come across a blank hanging screen when attempting to open FAQ articles via application. The issue has been resolved in update v229.

No cotton candy on some levels

There are no level numbers showing before entering a game

Do not worry, there is no technical issue here! Previews of the match-3 levels number have been removed from the zoo field and replaced with a blue icon in the latest version of the game. To check your current match-3 level, just play the match-3 level - the number on the left of the match-3 field is your current match-3 level.

Animal helpers have disappeared

Kindly note that this is not an issue. The animal helpers have been removed from the match-3 levels with one of the latest updates. From now on, they won’t appear in the match-3 levels.

I am being told I need to download additional resources. How do I do that?

If you get such a window at the start screen, please select ‘OK’ and make sure your internet connection is stable and there’s more than 500 MB free space available. This message means that the game is updated and additional resources must be downloaded in order to get a new update installed on your device.

Typos in the text / Graphic issues and etc.

If you notice any typos in the text or any graphic issues and etc, please contact our support team directly from the game. We’ll be grateful if you provide us screenshots depicting such issues. We’ll do our best to fix the problem ASAP.

When I use the spinning tops they go off-screen and I can’t use them

The way this booster works can cause some confusion at first, but don't worry—it's actually quite simple. The Double Spinning Tops booster can be activated before you start a match-3 level. Just select this booster in the window before the start. The booster won't show up on the field, but you'll automatically get twice as many Spinning Tops in the level after it's activated. And if you match two Spinning Tops together, you'll launch five Spinning Tops, each with its own target. You can find more information here: Double Spinning Tops booster

I get no new levels and I want to opt out of the World Cup event

We do our best to upload new levels every week. Players who have beaten all the existing levels unlock a special World Cup event in which they can win valuable rewards while waiting for new levels. Kindly note that there is no option to opt out of the World Cup event. If you do not wish to participate, then you simply do not play the World Cup levels until new levels are released.
