At the bottom of the screen, you'll see "Was this helpful?" Tap No, then tap Contact Us to start a conversation. 4. Provide as much information about the issue as possible, tap Submit, and pick the appropriate type of problem.
Please note: choose the most appropriate category for a quick response from our team. For example, if you haven't received a purchased item, pick In-app purchases. Missing objects, however, fall under a different category.
