If you play on multiple devices and your game progress is uneven, try the following:

1. Make sure that you have a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi is preferable).
2. Disconnect the game with a lower level from Facebook, Google account or Apple ID, depending on the option you use.
3. Reinstall the game on this device and reconnect it to your account.
4. After the pop-up window appears, choose the progress on the server and confirm the action.
